TNP Energy Bites

Ingredients
•1 cup of gluten-free, organic oats
•1 cup of pitted dates
•3 tbsp of nut butter (I like to use almond butter and sunflower butter)
•2 tbsp of chia seeds
•2 tbsp of flax meal

Directions
1. Blend/ pulse the above ingredients in the blender or food processor ( if you do not have a blender, just mix in a bowl)

2. Roll mixture into balls and freeze until firm.


Notes
You can add whatever nuts and seeds you wish to the mixture. You can even add coconut, raw honey, dark chocolate chips, lemon zest, raisins, etc!
