2 INGREDIENT BUCKWHEAT WRAPS!

Ingredients:
1 cup of buckwheat flour * I used Bob’s Red Mill * can also use quinoa flour
1 1/4 cup of water
Optional - spices (salt, rosemary, garlic powder, etc)

Directions:
•Mix the flour and the water with a whisk - (The batter has to be more runny than a pancake batter)

•Heat a flat pan on high heat - oil the pan.

•Pour half of the batter and tilt the pan quickly to create a circle with the batter (the bigger the circle the better); flip and enjoy!!
