You're invited to a fun evening filled with yoga and kombucha! First, Lisa Stets will guide us through a fun, sweaty flow, and then after, we will relax and cheers with kombucha. If you have wanted to connect with like-minded individuals in the community, this is your chance!
Lisa is an RYT Yoga instructor with 12 years of teaching experience. She has completed training in meditation, pranayama, restorative yoga, aerial yoga and is a certified group fitness instructor. She considers herself a lifelong student of Yoga and enjoys learning about functional movement and incorporating what she learns into her practice and teaching.
About the class: Yoga Flow for Strength
This class will flow through dynamic movements combined with static holds of postures to build both strength and mobility in the body. An emphasis will be placed on combining movement with breath to cultivate a deeper body, mind, and spirit connection. The class will conclude with guided meditation and deep relaxation. This class is for all levels of students who are currently active and enjoy moving at a faster pace.
